Save the unique secret code for tracking status of your reported concern
- After submitting your concern, you will be provided with a unique secret code. You also have the option to set a password for the unique secret code
- Using the code you will be able to check the status of your reported concern, provide and receive feedback even if you choose to remain anonymous
